Stephen Quinn is the man for your every contractor, construction and/or remodeling job.  It is my extreme pleasure to heartily recommend Stephen, given the fact that I live with two of his finished products- my kitchen (fabulous now after 23 years of "oh, so ugly") and my larger bathroom (so beautiful and spacious not to be believed until seen).  Stephen has many years of hands-on experience in the field.  That experience shows in his handiwork- be it woodworking, appliance installation, plumbing or finish-out.  He pays close attention to detail and displays a commitment to excellence.  One of the most important things for me was the way that Stephen listened to my every vision, expectation and request.  My visions now exist beautifully in both my kitchen and bathroom.  My family and I are provided with daily joy and functionality.  We thank Stephen Quinn, a true professional.

My 6 feet long cabinet in the kitchen suddenly fell off the wall in July 2011 without any warning. It turned out I overloaded the cabinet with heavy tools, and since it was attached to the wall with a few nails through a very thin backboard, the backboard "let go" of the cabinet when it became too heavy. Mr. Quinn came in, gave a quote, and came back the next day with his tools at the exact time that he promised to come. He carefully added solid wood bars to the back of the cabinet and secure it into the studs behind the wall with longer nails. The work was beautifully executed and the cabinet is back to the wall within 4 hours, more firmly than I had seen it before. This is an expert capenter [sic] with lots of experience building houses. He has great work ethic, is very courteous, extremely reliable and trustworthy. I appreciate his very well-done job and highly recommend him for any job related to carpentry or whatever he says he can do.

Stephen has been working for us for the several years. He has done a variety of handyman repairs and projects for us. He’s done electrical work, furniture refinishing and repair, plumbing, assembled storage cabinets for our garage and other household items, hung pictures (he’s got a great eye) and many other projects.

We totally trust him – and have left him alone in our home on many occasions to do work while we are gone. We have given him a key when he’s working on a specific project. We have no concerns about his credibility or trustworthiness.

He does complete work. His work is done to a very high level of quality. He’s creative and reliable. If we are ever not 100% satisfied, he does whatever it takes. We’ve had many handymen in the past and think he is the best, by far.

We hate to give him a recommendation – if too many people know how good he is, then he might get too busy to come when we need him!
